About the Winter School
This winter school has been organized in the context of the MY-ATRIA project, a H2020's Marie Sklodowska-Curie ETN network for training of twelve PhD students. The scientific problem tackled by the network is the designing and implementation of new technologies to support the treatment and management of atrial fibrillation.
The main topic of the school focuses on the different aspects regarding the technology transfer. In particular, topics, such as identification of market potential of the scientific research, protection using patents and trade secret, CE certification, marketing and pitch presentation design for startups, will be discussed.
The winter school is opened to the general public, such as university students, clinical doctors and professionals in the biomedical engineering field.
